I know exactly how you feel regarding being inspected.  I actually painted a quarter of my home the week before my mil came down.....what a brilliant idea....not!  LOL  The first couple of days was a bit uncomfortable as far as trying to be perfect, but then I said to myself, she loves us and we have to live our lives as we really do, messies and all.  LOL. And it worked out great, it made her feel more at home here too and that is what I want.  So try to relax and just be yourself, it will all work out in the end, I promise.  P.S.  I can't believe I'm going to say this, but I am sick of DQ, LOL.  Blessings to you and yours....Dee!
